Hole in the Wall (Part 1)

Starting puzzle in the attic. Equip the Mannequin Arm from the mannequin and insert it into the wall hole to unlock the door to upstairs. Grants the Helping Hand badge (~40% win rate).

Statuettes Puzzle (Part 1)

Collect Bird, Cat, and Horse statuettes from upstairs rooms. The Cat statuette is inside the bathroom toilet. Check the Billiard Room TV for placement photos (randomized in Hardcore mode). Place all three on the correct pedestals to unlock the Beetle Key. Passing through the Beetle Door awards the Creepy Crawlies badge (~17%).

Music Box / Jack-in-the-Box (Part 2)

After meeting the Survivor NPC, interact with the Jack-in-the-Box. Hit the dummy five consecutive times without missing — one miss resets the entire sequence. Rewards the Workshop Key.

Grandfather Clock — 2:35 (Part 2)

Find the Clock Hand in the cow mutant room. Insert it into the grandfather clock in the Dining Room. Wind left until the small hand reaches 10, wind left until the big hand reaches 3, then wind right until the small hand reaches 2 — setting 2:35 (confirmed by fridge sticky note). The Spider Key is inside — not the Laundry Key. Awards Round And Round (~13%) and Arachnophobia when you use the Spider Door (~13%).

Lion's Carillon (Part 2, Optional)

Found in the brothers' conversation room. Read The Lion's Tale note: East, then North, then South. Stop the music box lion facing right, up, then down. Rewards Tomato Soup (max health + full heal) and the Laid To Rest badge (~3%).

Hourglass Puzzle (Part 2)

Defeat the two cow mutants in the workshop (~12 headshots recommended). Activate the hourglass on the table. A secret passage opens behind the bookcase — sprint through before the timer expires.

Piano Puzzle (Part 2, Optional)

Optional puzzle in the TV room upstairs from the basement stairs. Play notes in order: 1, 5, 8, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 (note found in basement workshop). Unlocks Chicken Soup for a movement speed upgrade.

Circular Saw Puzzle (Part 3)

In the basement, use Bolt Cutters on the Meat Storage fridge chains to get the Living Heart. Place it in the bathtub cow, retrieve the Car Battery, connect it in the Red Room to power the saw. The saw cuts open a cow revealing the Centipede Key.

Generator Network (Part 4)

Part 4's main puzzle chain. Activate four generators at animal shrines before the barn can be unlocked.

• Pig shrine — in the main garden area near the courtyard gate
• Cow shrine — in the garden/courtyard zone
• Horse shrine — on the small island in the lake
• Chicken shrine — in the forest near the Rooster; avoid fighting the Rooster and sneak past instead

Whack A Jack (Part 4, Optional)

Optional shooting challenge beside the garden shed. Shoot 5 clown heads in a row without missing to unlock Mushroom Soup (attack damage upgrade). Awards the Whack A Jack badge (~4%).

Bear Statuette (Part 4)

Retrieve the Bear Statuette from the mower crate when the brothers arrive on the mower. Backtrack through the overgrown house to the Billiard Room — the TV shows where to place it (next to red flowers in Normal/Easy). This unlocks Mama's Key in the Bedroom. Use Mama's Key, enter the Secret Basement via the Old Bedroom hatch, and take the Barn Key from the bathtub arm.

Stone Statues (Part 4, Optional)

Secret optional puzzle in the Part 4 forest between two trees on the map edge. Completing it grants another Tomato Soup upgrade.

Locked Living Room Chest (Optional)

Find and open the locked chest in the Living Room for the What's In The Box? badge (~3%). Requires locating the key or lockpick during exploration.
